Since 2013, Hand On the Pizza has been dedicated to crafting artisanal pizzas from scratch using only four simple ingredients—100% flour, water, salt, and yeast. Through slow, cold fermentation, hand-crafted dough, house-made sauces, and carefully selected local ingredients, we create pizzas that are light, flavorful, and true to traditional craftsmanship.
